- MONDAY--Chickpea, Bacon, Spinach Pasta, spinach salad.
- TUESDAY--Grilled chicken pieces, broccoli, scalloped potatoes.
- WEDNESDAY--Chicken topped green salad, crescent rolls.
- THURSDAY--Porcupine Meatballs, green beans, mashed potatoes.
- FRIDAY--Leftovers or carnival junk
- SATURDAY--Pork Chops, rice, green veggies
Pretty simple week! All tried and true recipes except for Sunday. The carrot and squash curry soup was pretty good but not voted by the family as a keeper. I have never made empanadas before and the filling was a loosely followed recipe of Filipino origin. This was really good and I'll make them again as it was so simple (since I found pre made dough at the store). Boy #2 even put a couple in his lunch!
