Do your neighbors have lots going on at 11:30 at night? Mine do, and they have stuff going on at 6:00am too. Last week when I was letting the dog out at around 6:00am, we thought we heard cats fighting. Well, we have a cat and when we yelled for her we heard Shh...be quiet and we decided that we weren't sure whether or not it was a baby, child, or a cat. Since the cat didn't come running, our vivid imaginations decided that it could be that our neighbors were living in their shed. The light was on. It could be, right? Tonight the light was on too. Therefore, there are people living in the shed. Logical assumption for sure.
I contend they do live in the shed or there is a shed fairy that comes at nite to play!!!
