For kids, Christmas Break is usually filled with lots of sleep, and in my house, lots of video gaming. This year my husband was off from work, so we decided to get some projects completed like a favorite of all teens...Yard Work!!! Considering that my kids get all of the perks of living here, they also are so lucky as that they get to participate in this wonderful task. All kidding aside, once I turned off the router and picked up my cattle prod, they were stupendous helpers. Boy #1 got to cut down a tree that unfortunately grew too big for the space it was intended. Just to record that for posterity, Mom shot a few photos.

Mom notices that the neighbors have slowed and are staring wondering, what in Heaven's name could be happening over there? That boy knows how to hold a pick-axe?
